We could not have selected a better roaster to set the tone for the year ahead, as Brew En Route embodies the very essence of precision and balance.

Founded by a team of travelling coffee enthusiasts who fell in love with the process of roasting on the move, Brew En Route has built its reputation on curiosity and refinement. Their roastery combines an artisanal approach with state-of-the-art roasting technology, ensuring every bean achieves its full potential. With each batch, they aim to tell a story of exploration — from the soil where the coffee grows to the aroma that fills your cup.

This month’s feature from Brew En Route is a single-origin Brazilian coffee grown at approximately 1,200 MASL in Minas Gerais. The bean is a Yellow Bourbon varietal, naturally processed and roasted to a medium profile. The result is a cup with a smooth body, low acidity, and balanced notes of cocoa, roasted almond, and caramelized sugar. It’s a comforting, elegant roast — perfect for both filter and espresso brewing, and an inviting start to the year.
