This month’s feature is a Nicaraguan single-origin from Mozonte in Nueva Segovia, grown at 1,400 MASL. The coffee is a Caturra varietal, fully washed, and roasted to a medium level to highlight its inherent sweetness. The cup offers creamy texture and refined notes of vanilla, almond, and cocoa, followed by a delicate finish of brown sugar and honey. It’s a quintessentially Nicaraguan profile — smooth, comforting, and endlessly drinkable.
